The first level holds home to some of the most pricy works of art the world has ever known. Along with the beautifully done dining room, designed by fashion designer mother and payed for by Tracy's lawyer father. The second level is shared by Clive Raul and Chase Mendel, considering Chase practically lives there, even though neither of them are there too much. They dont really care that Tracy has pretty much taken over the house because well, they have enough room for them. The third and fourth levels are home to Tracy. Considering that both of her parents rarely spend an hour in the penthouse a week Tracy has made it all her own, with an in home 'mall' and full level bedroom her penthouse takes up the last three levels of the entire building.
